Plan Your Day according to the Daily Task : Prepare a list of task which need to accomplish in a day and priorities it. Be focused on the list so that it will constantly remind you about what needs to be done.
Divide the Time Slot : In case if other members needs to interact with you then allot some time slot to them from your busy schedule. In this way you will peacefully concentrate on your work without any unwanted disturbance.
Be Ready with All the Prerequisite things : To Finish your work if you need anykind of E-MAils,Document,Information then gather them at one place and then start your work.It will save your time and effort.In one line I can say Filter it.
Avoid Deviation : Suppose if your working on some official deadline then try to avoid personal mails and calls if not urgent.Incase if you are working on some personal work then don't bother about official work. I mean to say make a balance between the high priority and low priority work.Don't indulge with any activity which is not a part of your task.
If you are in office then put your status as 'Busy' or 'Do Not Disturb',so that your collegue will not disturb you.
Switch Between the Task : Incase if you are busy with one task and it is taking time to finish it and you are feeling bore or it is irritating you then stop that work immediately and go for another work from the list.To avoid such kind of situation try to follow the 'Real Time Scheduling' Concept.This will help you to keep your interest up for that particular task.
Refeshment : Listen to some smooth and slow music. Drink Water and try to have some food at small intervals.So that mentally and physically you should not have any problem.
Avoid long hour sitting and take break at regular interval.It will keep you fit and fine.A healthy mind only can fight with unwanted situation.
Final thing : Always be a part of 'FEEL GOOD' factor. Enjoy the work and live happily.
